Bianca Bennett is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor living in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With qualifications in psychology, family studies, counselling, and naturopathy, Bianca takes a holistic view of wellbeing. She is also a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Nationally Accredited Mediator, providing consultation to legal firms and individuals.

Bianca has over a decade of experience working across schools, private practice, and government settings, providing counselling, assessment, and group programs for children, adolescents, and adults. She draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, narrative, and schema therapies, aiming to build her clients skills in emotional identification and regulation, interpersonal skills and productive/adaptive coping skills.

She also offers psychometric assessments to assist in measuring a clients skills and abilities including: cognitive skills, academic skills, general functioning and behaviour. Assessment can be used to explore, support or rule out a diagnosis and provide guidelines for intervention via ongoing counselling sessions or involving other health professionals.
