Child and Adolescent Group Therapy 

Ages 7–17

Cool Kids Anxiety Program

Cool Kids is a 10 week, evidence-based skills program that teaches children, adolescents, and their parents ways to manage anxiety.

Ages 14-17

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is an interpersonal skills development program to help teenagers communicate and manage emotional distress.

Teens (School Years 10–12)

Study Skills

Our Study Skills Program is designed to equip students in the final years of high school with strategies to manage stress and tools to build good study habits.

Public Speaking Workshop

Our Public Speaking Workshop teaches skills to help your child communicate confidently through anxiety management and practice in a safe and supportive environment

Connections

Connections is a social skills group for teens to connect with likeminded people. The group focuses on understanding and implementing verbal and non-verbal conversational cues in a safe and friendly environment.

Dungeons & Dragons

Our Dungeons & Dragons program helps participants build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through an immersive quest! Enjoy battles, mysteries and adventure in a fun and inclusive environment. No prior experience is required!
