Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Teens
Our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills program aims to empower young people with skills to better cope with everyday challenges. The group helps to build coping strategies to improve teenagers’ interpersonal relationships and sense of identity.
The program focuses on:
Mindfulness
Interpersonal skills and communication
Emotion regulation and understanding emotions
Distress tolerance

The program is designed for adolescents aged between 14–18 who have challenges managing emotions and relationships

The total cost of the program is $800, this includes:
The 8 sessions over 8 weeks
The DBT workbook
CBRS assessment
Under Medicare, you are eligible to receive 10 individual therapy sessions and 10 group therapy sessions. For group therapy sessions, the rebate per session is $25.25.
