Mairead Brannigan
Clinical Psychologist

Mairéad Brannigan is a Clinical Psychologist with over ten years’ experience working across school, community, and private practice settings. She is passionate about supporting people to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-understanding, and offers therapy that is warm, collaborative, and individually tailored to each person’s goals.

Her therapeutic approach draws on a range of evidence-based frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. She aims to create a safe, respectful space where people can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical skills for meaningful change.

Mairéad primarily works with adults and has a particular interest in supporting people through periods of change and adjustment, including early parenting. She also provides psychological support to children and adolescents, and works collaboratively with families, schools, and other health professionals as appropriate.

Mairéad holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University.

She is registered with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi).

Mairead works from our Glasshouse Lindfield Practice on Mondays.
