Mike believes that therapy is a collaborative journey rooted in safety, empathy, and mutual respect. His approach is client-centered and tailors therapeutic techniques to fit each individual's unique needs, history, and goals.
By creating a warm, non-judgmental space, Mike aims to help clients explore challenges, develop deeper self-awareness, and build practical coping strategies that foster long-term resilience and well-being.
Mike regularly consults with schools, the family court, professional, medical and community organisations such as Lifeline and the Association of Independent Schools.
