Study Skills Program

Designed for students in Years 10–12, this six-week program supports academic success while promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience during the senior school years.

Each weekly session runs for 90 minutes and includes:

  • 1 hour of skills-based learning, focused on:

    • Effective study strategies

    • Time management and organisation

    • Stress management techniques

    • Building motivation and confidence

    • Healthy coping skills for academic pressure

  • 30 minutes of optional supported practice, including:

    • Supervised study time

    • Guided relaxation and stress regulation strategies

    • Mindfulness and grounding techniques

  • Nada Hijazi Provisional Psychologist

  • Students in Years 10–12 who have difficulty implementing and maintaining study habits.

  • Thursdays 4–5:30pm in our Lindfield office at 362a Pacific Highway Lindfield, 2070. Running for 6 weeks starting 21 May 2026.

  • $20 per session, $120 for 6 week program.
