Yolla Kordahi
Registered Psychologist and Group Program Facilitator

Yolla Kordahi is a registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health presentations. She has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation difficulties, interpersonal and relationship challenges, school refusal, stress, low self-esteem, and adjustment-related concerns.

Yolla takes a warm, collaborative, and person-centred approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. She is passionate about helping individuals build emotional resilience, self-awareness, confidence, and meaningful coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges and strengthen overall wellbeing.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, somatic-based approaches, and breathwork-informed interventions. Yolla has a particular interest in the mind-body connection and the role of movement, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices in mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Alongside her clinical work, Yolla has developed and facilitated programs integrating psychology, movement, dance, breathwork, and creative therapies to support emotional expression, regulation, and personal growth. Her research exploring emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, movement, and wellbeing has been peer-reviewed and published.

Yolla also has extensive experience facilitating therapeutic group programs for adolescents and adults, including DBT programs, social skills programs, emotional wellbeing groups, Creative Arts Therapy, study skills programs, and support programs for women with ADHD. She is accredited in the Cool Kids Anxiety Program through the Centre for Emotional Health at Macquarie University.

Yolla is registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and is a registered Medicare provider.

Yolla is available for face-to-face appointments at our Lindfield location on Mondays and Glasshouse, Lindfield Practice on Tuesdays.
